Microfield is a software containing 3 independent modules: Micropony, Micromole and Microsnail.
Micropony is a synth divided in two sections:
- Input section, where the audio source is generated
- Processing section containing 3 separate “spectral gate” modules
Micromole is a synth containing 4 sections:
- Signal generators: sine wave oscillator
- Preliminary stage: signal overdrive
- Intermediate stage: phase shift, feedback delay line
- Final stage: amplitude modulation
Microsnail is a step sequencer that can trigger up to 15 audiofiles using envelopes with adjustable shape and duration.
